AMP in Real Estate Finance & Strategy · Cohort 2026
You've mastered site execution. Now learn the capital sideof real estate.
A six-month, mentorship-led Advanced Management Program for civil engineers, architects, MEP engineers, facility and project managers ready to move from running sites to deciding where capital flows. Built with the rigour of an IIM-style executive program — designed exclusively for real estate.
You can run any project. But are you in the room when capital decides?
You spent a decade getting good at cost, schedule and quality. You became indispensable to the site. Then the game quietly changed.
The roles that pay better and decide more aren't built on execution. They're built on capital judgment, feasibility thinking, transaction awareness and executive communication.
You weren't taught any of that. Most generic MBAs won't teach it either — they were designed for everyone, not for real estate.
This program closes that exact gap.
01
Site execution
Cost. Schedule. Quality. Vendors. The language of site.
If you're looking for a content library or a generic management theory crash course, this isn't it. AMP REFS is a structured mentorship that converts site-strong professionals into capital-side decision makers.
The 120-skill curriculum
Six competencies that translate construction experience into real estate business judgment.
Each competency runs as 4 weekly modules. Each module covers 5 high-utility decision skills through cases, examples and live discussion. Open any week to see the skills you'll master.
The future state
From site office to boardroom.
These are the role categories the AMP is built to make a technically strong professional ready to compete for. Not guaranteed placements — these are the doors that open once the language, frameworks and judgment are in place.
Indicative total annual compensation (fixed + variable), India 2025–26, compiled from public salary aggregators and specialist real-estate search benchmarks. Illustrative market data — not a promise of placement, salary or outcome.
And these are the kinds of organisations that hire for it.
The participant journey
Four phases. One identity shift.
From the moment you enrol to the moment your capstone goes live, the program is engineered to compound your judgment, visibility and credibility — week after week.
Hop-on, hop-off
Start with any competency. Finish in any order.
The program runs as a continuous cyclical schedule. Each of the six competencies is fully self-contained — assuming no prior knowledge from the others. You complete them in any sequence, at your own pace.

Inside the live cycle
Every Saturday is a decision room, not a lecture hall.
6:30 – 9:30 PM IST
Three hours that change how you think.
You walk in with a one-page pre-read on a real Indian market case. By the end of three hours you've pressure-tested your reasoning against your peers, the mentor and the data — and you have one statistic worth posting on LinkedIn the next morning.
The mentorship model
Most programs sell content. This one is built around mentorship.
Content is everywhere. Frameworks can be searched. What working professionals lack is a structured space where their judgment is challenged, refined and connected to real career moves. That is the moat — and that is what AMP REFS is built around.
Chief Program Mentor
The practitioner behind the program.
Why this is not generic management theory.
Sachin partners with ambitious organisations in construction, real estate, infrastructure and interior fitouts to build scalable systems across PMO, digital workflows, learning & development, and high-converting growth funnels.
That practitioner background — running real PMOs, raising real capital, training real CXOs — is what makes the AMP useful for professionals who need business judgment, not generic theory.
Quantifiable impact, across 25+ leading firms
Empowering talent for leading organisations

Layer 02 · Industry leaders
Two live masterclasses every month — by the people who actually run the industry.
Senior practitioners — typically 20+ years — drawn from CXO offices, fund management, REITs, investment teams and advisory practices. Decision-room style: 60 minutes of practitioner narrative around a real decision, then 30 minutes of moderated Q&A. No academic-only voices.
The capstone
Solve a real industry problem. Defend it on video.
Your capstone is an individual project on a live market problem — land evaluation, investment decision, organisational restructuring, asset turnaround or strategic pivot. You build a 15–20 slide presentation, defend it for 20 minutes on camera with a mentor-chaired panel, and post it on LinkedIn.
It is the artefact that says: this person thinks like a decision-maker. It is also the asset that opens doors after the program.
Tier 01 · Capstone cleared
AMP Completion Certificate
Foundation + baseline + all six competencies + tracked LinkedIn posts + capstone presentation. The credential that signals decision readiness.
Tier 02 · Without capstone
Program Participation Certificate
Completed the live cycle but skipped the capstone. Acknowledges attendance and engagement — without the AMP credential.
