1. How your program is delivered
All services are delivered online: recorded concept packages and assessments via the IRIS Learning Portal, and live masterclasses via video conferencing. Session schedules are shared with your cohort in advance.
2. Delivery timelines
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a payment receipt by email immediately, and your Learning Portal access credentials within 48 hours. Cohort-linked content unlocks per the program calendar shared in your offer. Brochures and application documents requested through this website are delivered by email, normally within one working day.
3. If something doesn't arrive
If you do not receive your receipt, credentials or program communication within the timelines above, check your spam folder first, then write to [email protected] or call +91 89512 66423. We will resolve access issues within one working day.
4. Certificates
Program completion certificates are issued digitally after the cohort concludes and completion criteria are met. Any physical certificate or material, if offered, will be dispatched to the address you provide, with timelines communicated at that point.
