When you request a brochure, apply, or enrol, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, current role, organisation, years of experience, and any details you share during application conversations. When you pay, our payment processor collects payment information; IRIS does not store your card or banking details. Our website and learning portal may also collect standard usage data (device, browser, pages visited) via cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use it

We use your data to: send you the brochure and program information you requested; evaluate applications and manage enrolment; deliver the program, portal access and certificates; process payments and issue receipts; respond to queries; and — with your consent — send updates about cohorts and programs. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who help us operate: payment processing (Razorpay), our website, CRM and communication platform, and our learning portal. Each processes data on our instructions and under their own security obligations. We may disclose data where required by law.

4. Retention and security

We retain application and enrolment records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the data we hold.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent to marketing communication at any time, by writing to [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable period, consistent with applicable Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
