This policy applies to fees paid to Institute for Real Estate and Infrastructure Strategy Private Limited ("IRIS") for its programs, including AMP REFS. Program fees and the applicable cohort start date are confirmed in your written offer before any payment is made.

1. Cancellation by you

2. Cancellation or rescheduling by IRIS

If IRIS cancels a cohort, you receive a full refund of fees paid, or, at your choice, a transfer to the next cohort. If IRIS reschedules a cohort start by more than 30 days, you may request a full refund.

3. How refunds are processed

Write to [email protected] from your registered email with your payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit.

4. What is not refundable

Missed live sessions within a running cohort, partial attendance, and removal for breach of the Terms & Conditions (including credential sharing or content redistribution) are not grounds for refund.
