These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your enrolment in programs offered by Institute for Real Estate and Infrastructure Strategy Private Limited ("IRIS", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India. By using this website, submitting an application, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
IRIS provides professional education services for real estate and infrastructure professionals, including the Advanced Management Program in Real Estate Finance & Strategy ("AMP REFS"): recorded learning content, live online masterclasses, mentorship, assessments and access to the IRIS Learning Portal.
2. Admission by application
Enrolment is application-first. Submitting an application or requesting a brochure does not constitute enrolment. A seat is confirmed only when (a) IRIS issues a written offer, and (b) the program fee, as communicated in that offer, is received. IRIS may accept or decline any application at its discretion to preserve cohort quality.
3. Fees and payment
Program fees and payment plans are communicated during the application process and confirmed in your offer. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Fees are stated in Indian Rupees and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as stated in your offer. Your seat may be released if payment is not received by the date in the offer.
4. No placement or outcome guarantee
IRIS is an education provider. Salary ranges, role descriptions and market data on this website are illustrative market information drawn from public sources. They are not a promise of placement, employment, promotion, salary or any career outcome.
5. Intellectual property
All program content — recordings, cases, models, frameworks, documents and the Learning Portal — is the intellectual property of IRIS or its licensors. It is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning only. Sharing access credentials, redistributing, recording or reselling content is prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.
6. Participant conduct
Live sessions are professional rooms. IRIS may suspend or remove a participant for conduct that disrupts the cohort, breaches confidentiality of case discussions, or violates these Terms. Third-party logos shown on this website identify organisations whose teams the founder has trained through prior engagements; they do not imply endorsement of IRIS.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IRIS's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a program is limited to the fees actually paid by you for that program. IRIS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
