The program is built as a conversion, not a course. You enter producing schedules. You leave able to sit in the review room and hold the baseline.
Six profiles, one shared position: close enough to the work to feel its weight, senior enough to act on what the program installs.
These are not guaranteed placements. They are the doors that open once the frameworks, the tooling and the judgment are in place.
Each competency runs four weeks: four Saturday modules, four Primavera P6 labs, and one learning outcome you can point to in a review room.
Every week pairs a decision module with a Primavera P6 lab. Weeks 4, 8 and 12 are mentor checkpoints, where your build and your governance pack are reviewed personally.
Every Saturday, 2:00–6:00 PM IST. The rhythm is fixed so the cohort always knows where it stands.
2:00 – 6:00 PM ISTOne mentor holds the whole arc. The person who frames the governance charter in Week 1 is the person who questions your defense pack in Week 12 — and personally reviews every participant's P6 build at Weeks 4, 8 and 12.
Two per month, six across the cohort. Practitioners with 20+ years in delivery, in a decision-room format: 60 minutes of narrative from live projects, then 30 minutes of questions.
Case-led discussion, group clinics and structured experience sharing. A mandatory weekly LinkedIn post builds your public record of judgment as the weeks stack up.
An IRIS-designed mixed-use tower dataset, built stage by stage across the twelve labs into a complete, defensible Primavera P6 model. Every participant defends the same building, so differences in judgment become visible.
Applied to your live project: a governance charter, a risk register with sized contingency, a baseline health check, a one-page reporting spine, and a delay and claims readiness note. Reviewed personally at the three checkpoints.
The defense: a 20-minute recorded presentation, plus 10 minutes of panel questions.
All program requirements met, and the capstone defended.
Capstone not completed.
Participants may self-report learning hours as PDUs where their credential body permits. The curriculum sits adjacent to PMI-SP, AACE PSP and EVP domains — alignment is a by-product of depth, not exam preparation. IRIS is an independent training provider; no credit pre-approval is implied.
